About the Camp Experience

  • Our camp is filled with exciting and engaging activities designed to help children learn important moral and character values in a fun and meaningful way. Through interactive lessons, creative games and shared experiences, campers build confidence, teamwork and lasting friendships. Caring group leaders will guide and encourage them throughout the programme, and the camp will conclude with a prize-giving ceremony on the final day.

  • For safety and smooth camp operations, parents are not allowed into the meeting hall or camp area. Our trained staff will take care of your child from registration onward and will help them settle in.

Grouping and Age Requirements

  • We’re sorry, but we are unable to accept grouping requests. To ensure a balanced and positive camp experience, groups are assigned based on factors such as age, gender and overall group dynamics.

Our activities are thoughtfully designed to help children bond with their group and make new friends. All group leaders are trained to care for and encourage the campers, and we are confident your child will have a meaningful and enjoyable experience. Please note that camp fees remain non-refundable even if your child is not placed in a preferred group.

  • Yes. Children who are 4 or 5 years old may register for camp, provided they are able to manage independently in the camp setting. This means they must be able to attend without parent accompaniment, be toilet-trained, and communicate their needs clearly, including toileting needs.

Please ensure your child wears easy-to-manage clothing and shoes during camp. If you are unsure whether your child is ready, you may contact us at 82237825 to arrange a trial session at e-kidz before registering. Please note that camp fees are non-refundable if your child is unable to adapt after registration.

Registration, Attendance and Refunds

  • Check your spam/junk folder. If it’s not there, contact us at 82237825 with your child’s name and your email address.

  • Camp fees are strictly non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be carried over to a future camp, even if your child is unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • You will receive a full refund if the camp is cancelled by the organisers.

  • Yes, your child is welcome to attend even if they can only join for 1 or 2 days. However, the full camp fee will still apply, and there is no discounted rate for partial attendance.

After registering, please email or WhatsApp us to let us know which day or days your child will be absent.

Daily Timings and Pick-Up

  • Parents with early work commitments or appointments may drop off their children from 7.00am onwards. Children may bring a book or a light breakfast, such as bread or biscuits, to eat while waiting. We encourage all children to be registered by 8.40am so they can take part in the pre-camp activities.

  • Children using camp transport and those on independent dismissal will be released first. Parent pick-up will begin from approximately 6.00pm. Please pick up your child by 7.00pm, as the campsite will close after that.

If your child is independent, you may select independent dismissal on the registration form. Please note that children on independent dismissal will leave the campsite on their own, and we will not be responsible for them once they have been dismissed. We are also unable to escort them to siblings, cousins or friends.

LATE ARRIVAL and EARLY DISMISSAL

  • The latest arrival time is 1.30pm. For safety and programme reasons, we are unable to admit children who arrive after 1.30pm.

  • Yes, early pick-up is allowed, but strictly at 1.30pm only. This helps us manage the handover safely and keeps disruption to the camp programme to a minimum.

Please note that items distributed during the event will only be given to children who are present at the time of distribution. We will not reserve items or arrange for alternative collection through friends, siblings or other representatives.

  • For the safety and security of all campers, we operate with a fixed late-arrival and early pick-up window.

    This helps us:

    • Avoid movement during peak activity times

    • Ensure all children are accounted for

    • Coordinate handovers in a safe and structured manner

  • An email will be sent about one week before camp begins, with a link for parents to submit a request for 1.30pm early dismissal.

Please note that items distributed during the event will only be given to children who are present at the time of distribution. We will not reserve items or arrange for alternative collection through friends, siblings, or other representatives.
